The Planned Giving Council of the Permian Basin (PGCPB) is a non-profit organization that is committed to enhancing the culture of giving in our area.  Serving seventeen counties, the council has taken up the task of spreading the message that philanthropy is critical to continued growth and vitality in West Texas.  PGCPB is the local extension of the National Committe on Planned Giving.
